Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician position is onsite in Smithfield, NC, and pays $23–$30 per hour. We Achieve ABA provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental needs. Working under a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician implements individualized treatment plans and provides one-on-one therapy in home or community settings. The role records session data, documents services in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, supports clients' functional skills, and communicates progress with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or community settings
• collect and record session data
• maintain timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
• collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
• support communication, social, daily living, independence, and functional skills
• attend meetings, training, and supervision.
