What you'll do

• Lead store operations and a team of 8–15 employees
• cover shifts as needed
• perform frontline store duties including register operation, stocking, upselling, and cleaning
• recruit, hire, and train team members
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor hours and execute company programs.
