What you'll do

• Deliver a strong customer experience and a positive environment for the in-house team
• provide training and help associates meet production goals, including product-finishing projects
• execute product sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment
• support store sales goals through recommendations
• help maintain compliance and loss prevention standards
• follow merchandising and food safety protocols
• support store managers with visual merchandising and store projects.
