What you'll do

• Perform facilities maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• repair pipes, drains, faucets, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs
• replace breakers, ballasts, switches, and sockets
• complete HVAC preventive maintenance
• repair drywall, wall coverings, and ceilings
• clean and inspect building systems
• report deficiencies and follow safety programs.
