What you'll do

• Lead premium engagement steering meetings
• manage customer engagement service plans
• maintain weekly views of service time actuals and revenue forecasts in NS2 financials
• gather customer business and roadmap insights
• coordinate delivery with customers and SAP NS2 and SAP teams
• travel up to 80% or as needed by the customer.
