What you'll do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff
- Train and coach school staff in behavior strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings
- Analyze behavioral data
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
