What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams and classroom staff
• Train and coach school staff in behavior strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Analyze behavioral data
• Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
