The Aftermarket Intern is an onsite role in Jessup, MD, paying $22–$28 per hour. The intern supports Baltimore Aircoil Company’s Americas Aftermarket team across Applications Engineering and Customer Service. The role helps improve the speed and quality of information provided to company representatives and customers by supporting technical requests, customer service operations, reporting, and process improvement work while gaining exposure to related business functions.

What you'll do

• Support Applications Engineers with quote preparation, technical data collection, product documentation, and administrative tasks
• assist Customer Service Leads with order status, lead-time, shipment tracking, and follow-up requests
• maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warranty, and Engineering
• support process documentation, training materials, sales tools, and customer-facing documentation
• use SAP, CRM, and other business systems.
