What you'll do

• Build relationships with patients and provide medical support
• determine patient needs and assist with frame selection
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• explain lens, coating, and frame options
• take optical measurements
• dispense orders and repair or adjust frames
• maintain frame presentation and inventory accuracy
• follow policies and assist with general office duties.

Why this role

Medical or eye-care experience is not required, and training is provided. ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications are preferred but not required; they may be obtained within the first two years of employment. The office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; open availability within those hours is required.
