What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for staff, residents, prospects, families, community organizations, government agencies, and the public
• lead property decisions
• support occupancy by working with prospective and current residents
• hire, train, and manage staff
• maintain resident-record compliance with applicable programs
• manage the budget and cash flow
• oversee building and grounds maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
