What you'll do

• Clean floors, walls, racks, and dish machines
• follow dishwashing procedures
• deliver food from the main kitchen to satellite kitchens
• follow sanitation and food-handling protocols
• maintain confidentiality of resident information
• clean floor drains
• bus tables and pantry areas
• assist with food preparation as directed
• report hazards and equipment issues.
