Quality Specialist III, Audits and Inspections

The Quality Specialist III, Audits and Inspections role is onsite in Greenville, NC; compensation is $45 per hour. The 12-month role supports internal and external audits and regulatory inspection readiness for a site operating under pharmaceutical and medical-device quality requirements. The specialist helps maintain audit and inspection programs, monitor quality metrics, manage deviations and corrective actions, and ensure documentation and responses are completed on time. The work supports compliance and continuous improvement by identifying systemic risks and coordinating readiness across teams.

What you'll do

• Support scheduling, hosting, and responses for external client audits
• support mock and actual regulatory inspections
• track and analyze audit, inspection, and quality-issue data
• report program KPIs
• monitor deviations, audit CAPAs, and health-authority commitments
• ensure appropriate CAPA effectiveness checks
• communicate program requirements
• and maintain documentation and records for audits and inspections.
