What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines using approved programs, tooling, fixtures, and procedures
• adjust offsets and tooling
• verify programs and optimize setups
• troubleshoot machining issues
• inspect dimensions and verify parts against drawings, tolerances, and quality standards
• document results and corrective actions
• collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams
• support new product introductions, tooling improvements, preventive maintenance, and process improvements
• and guide team members on machining practices.
