What you'll do

• Provide nursing care and implement preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions
• lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans
• assist with emergency measures
• document observations and interventions
• administer medications and perform IV therapy within scope of practice
• coordinate communication among patients, families, team members, and physicians
• provide health teaching
• participate in staff development and in-service training
• follow infection-control policies.
