The Senior Living Sales Associate role is onsite in Sewell, NJ, with a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Discovery Commons Washington Square is a senior living community focused on supporting residents and families. The associate coordinates the move-in process so apartments are ready and new residents feel welcomed and supported. The role connects residents, movers, and community departments to create an organized transition and positive initial experience.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective and incoming residents during leasing and move-in
• arrange apartment access for pre-leased residents
• update department heads on scheduled move-ins
• verify apartment readiness and follow up on punch-list items
• complete final walk-throughs
• coordinate logistics with residents and movers
• orient new residents to apartments and community
• deliver welcome gifts and meals
• coordinate dining and activities for the first one to three days
• introduce residents to ambassadors and community programs.
