Operations Team Lead, Data Collection Driving Operations

Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The Operations Team Lead, Data Collection Driving Operations role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. The lead reports to the Country Manager and supports field resources in data collection driving operations. The role coordinates daily operations, guides drivers, and monitors service performance against quality, safety, and customer requirements. Coaching, resource planning, reporting, and corrective actions help teams meet service-level targets and improve operations.

What you'll do

• Manage field resources and drive day-to-day operations according to standard procedures.
• Coach and mentor drivers, conduct periodic reviews, and facilitate team meetings.
• Coordinate workload and logistics, provide regional subject-matter guidance, and support customer and vendor relationships.
• Gather and analyze reporting details, provide status reports, assist with resource planning and forecasts, monitor performance trends, support quality and safety controls, and escalate issues as needed.
