The CNA supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life by assisting with daily activities, monitoring and reporting changes, and working closely with nurses and other healthcare team members. What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, meals, mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• provide care based on resident needs and care plans
• observe and report changes in condition
• support nurses and other healthcare team members
• maintain a clean, safe, respectful environment
• protect resident privacy and confidentiality
• follow facility policies and care procedures.
