Head of Engineering

• Own major engineering domains across the care platform, such as engineering systems and deployment safety, clinical workflows and auditability, production AI-agent operations, or data and analytics infrastructure
• make architecture decisions within owned domains

• and maintain clinical-grade correctness, security, and reliability.
