Instructional Designer

What you'll do

• Apply ADDIE and adult-learning principles
• conduct needs assessments and task analyses
• plan learning solutions and write objectives and design specifications
• create course outlines, storyboards, scripts, guides, job aids, assessments and other materials
• conduct design reviews and quality assurance
• collaborate with developers
• assist with initial course delivery and revise materials based on pilot results.
