The caregiver provides personal assistance, companionship, and practical daily support while following individual care plans and communicating with the office team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• give medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• supervise for safety
• follow care plans and document daily notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
