What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor direct reports
• schedule and assign nursing and staff work
• coach, counsel, and evaluate staff
• assist with individualized treatment plans
• support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• provide access to required training
• manage study protocol implementation, including investigational drug dispensing, ECGs, vital signs, and biological sample collection
• participate in writing and implementing procedures
• oversee unit supplies, equipment, medications, linens, and food services.
