What you'll do

• Support project execution from turnover through closeout
• coordinate kickoff meetings and document decisions and action items
• maintain project records in Procore
• track schedules, deliverables, procurement, production, costs, changes, and risks
• prepare status reports
• coordinate customer meetings, inspections, testing, shipment readiness, quality documentation, and closeout materials.
