What you'll do

• Support outside marketing by building relationships with local apartments, dealerships, and businesses
• represent the agency at community events
• make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate opportunities
• assist with inbound calls and basic customer questions
• provide paperwork, data entry, and general office support
• learn insurance fundamentals, sales conversations, and client relationships.
