The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Columbia, MD, with compensation of $18.25–$19.25 per hour. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports daily photo operations, helps lead and develop the seasonal team, and contributes to sales and guest service. The role helps prepare the operation for opening, resolve customer concerns, and maintain the memorable Santa visit and photo experience described in the posting.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
