Service Technician, Trailhead

The Service Technician role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Compensation is $22.50 per hour. The technician supports the property’s facilities maintenance team and helps keep the property well-maintained for residents. The role completes work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to support safe, clean, and reliable property operations. It also assists with vendor coordination and property upkeep, contributing to a well-maintained residential environment.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and close them out in the tracking system
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform assigned preventative maintenance
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment
• escort vendors and facilitate their work
• maintain an orderly shop and storage areas
• assist with snow removal and landscaping coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning. Residential facilities maintenance experience is required. The role is subject to an after-hours on-call rotation and may require responding to inclement weather situations.
