What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• conduct needs-based conversations
• recommend appropriate coverage
• prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, and complete applications within licensing requirements
• identify life insurance needs and opportunities for qualified rollover and IRA appointments
• maintain customer records and track sales activity
• participate in daily coaching and work toward activity and production goals.
