What you'll do

• Coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts
• support safety culture
• intake, triage, and track RFIs, ASCs, CCDs, and other documentation
• manage submittals, shop drawings, and logs
• support trade coordination and design-assist, installation, and network integration
• review submittals and shop drawings
• review takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing
• participate in preconstruction and mock-up planning
• track milestones and project progress
• resolve issues
• archive closeout documentation
• support technology consulting, controls, TAB, commissioning, and emerging technology evaluation.
