What you'll do

• Perform routine and confidential administrative work
• prepare correspondence, reports, and complex documents
• screen calls and respond or direct inquiries
• analyze and distribute mail
• arrange travel plans and itineraries
• manage calendars and appointments
• organize meetings and conferences
• prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions
• review Maximo reports and ensure corrections
• follow company procedures and safety rules
• assist with training employees as needed.
