What you'll do

• Explain basic bank products and services and match them to customer needs

• assist with new and existing account inquiries and resolve account problems
• establish basic new accounts
• process cash and negotiable-instrument transactions
• handle customer requests such as debit cards, stop payments, wire transfers, and loan payments
• support branch and lending staff
• greet visitors and direct them to staff.
