What you'll do

• Assess patients’ physical and emotional status, competency, home environment, safety factors, available household support, and care needs at admission
• formulate nursing care plans
• maintain clinical and progress notes and patient records
• report changes in condition and treatment reactions to physicians
• schedule daily visits based on care priorities and logistics
• contact the agency with questions or concerns. Assigned nursing care may include wound care, diabetic care, medication management, IV infusion, wound vac care, TPN administration, or Foley/catheter care, based on qualifications.
