Job overview
The Transit Event Customer Service role is an on-call, onsite position based in Baltimore, MD, supporting the Maryland Transit Administration. The pay rate is $17.53 per hour. What you'll do
- Assist MTA customers with disabilities to ensure equal utilization of transit facilities.
- Direct customers as they enter or exit stations, board vehicles, or use fare vending machines.
- Inspect transit station facilities to preserve cleanliness and safety.
- Provide customer service support with bus bridges/shuttles during construction.
- Interact with the public to provide a positive experience.
