What you'll do

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• help lead clinical flow, room readiness, and patient handoffs
• support, train, and mentor dental assistants
• uphold OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, infection-control, and clinical safety standards
• prepare and organize operatories, instruments, supplies, and lab cases
• communicate with patients
• identify opportunities to improve systems, teamwork, and patient experience.
