R&D Metrology Technician

What you'll do

• Perform precision dimensional inspections using CMMs, vision systems, optical comparators, and precision instruments
• interpret drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T
• develop inspection methods, measurement setups, and applicable programs
• support measurement system analysis, Gauge R&R, calibration, prototype and validation builds, data analysis, reporting, and quality documentation
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations.
