Client Service Representative

What you'll do

• Greet clients
• answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• schedule and confirm appointments
• explain clinic policies and services
• verify invoices and process payments
• maintain client and patient records
• coordinate check-in, discharge, and prescription refills
• relay patient information and urgent concerns to veterinary staff
• maintain a clean and organized reception area.
