Project Principal is an onsite role supporting Dowbuilt’s Miami and Palm Beach team, with frequent local and national travel required, estimated at 50–75% of time depending on project locations. What you'll do

• Serve as senior client relationship manager and executive point of contact
• align project stakeholders on objectives and commitments
• support project managers and superintendents with strategy and issue resolution
• provide oversight across preconstruction, contracts, safety, scheduling, quality, finances, and closeout
• conduct site visits and review project documentation
• support subcontractor and consultant selection
• coach and develop team members
• participate in staffing and performance processes
• build client and industry relationships
• support business development, interviews, presentations, negotiations, and project acquisition.
