What you'll do
- Answer office calls and assist callers or direct them to the appropriate person
- greet clients and visitors
- help prepare client files and copy identification and related information
- maintain accurate computer files and statistical data
- assist with accounts payable and receivable as requested
- record, disburse, and report in-kind donations
- support daily operations, volunteer coordination, and special projects
- provide center support when the coordinator is away.
