What you'll do

• Load ingredients into blenders
• operate metering, pumping, and batch automation systems
• wash and change over machinery while following allergen protocols
• keep production areas clean
• use scanners and inventory software to follow FIFO practices
• requisition ingredients and supplies
• maintain production records
• and follow food-safety policies. Flexible hours, frequent overtime, and weekends may be required.
