What you'll do

• Review patient orders, payer information, eligibility, authorizations, CMNs, physician documentation, and other records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain patient, order, authorization, and documentation information in Brightree and other approved systems.
• Manage assigned queues, prioritize work, contact relevant parties for missing information or clarification, and document follow-up and next steps.
• Investigate issues that prevent claims from being submitted or resolved, provide documentation and corrections for claim follow-up, and identify recurring errors.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable requirements.

Why this role
