What you'll do

• Serve guests and build meaningful connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• set the tone for the shift and give clear team directions
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support restaurant stations, including the kitchen, as needed
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash-handling and payment procedures
• maintain health department standards, alcohol-handling policies, food handling and storage, hygiene, uniform, and appearance standards.
