What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates
• follow site-specific procedures and respond to emergencies when appropriate
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking and receiving areas, and the perimeter
• monitor and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations
• assist with access control and visitor interactions.
