What you'll do

• Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience
• explain menu items, specials, and beverage pairings
• take and enter food and beverage orders in the POS system
• deliver orders with proper presentation and accuracy
• monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns
• assist team members
• perform assigned opening and closing side work
• maintain clean service areas
• process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests.

Why this role
