Events Associate

What you'll do

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, community events, and special programs from planning through completion
• lead onsite event logistics and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate with internal teams, vendors, caterers, and building representatives
• manage room setup, catering, audiovisual needs, registration, guests, signage, and materials
• maintain timelines and planning documents
• prepare spaces and test technology
• support meetings onsite
• build relationships with stakeholders and attendees
• assist with community engagement activities and improve event processes.
