What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design-development, Guaranteed Maximum Price, and lump-sum estimates
• lead design-phase estimating
• develop and monitor preconstruction budgets and provide financial updates
• coordinate estimating, scheduling, and purchasing
• review assumptions and clarifications
• develop estimate schedules and unit prices
• analyze scope and estimate deficiencies
• build relationships with clients, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
