What you'll do

• Serve customers in person, by email, and by telephone
• assist with full-service print orders and supplies
• maintain and restock inventory
• keep shelves organized, dusted, and accurately priced
• manage displays and signage
• assist with opening and closing duties
• operate and maintain print production equipment
• ensure products and services are paid for or billed
• assist with printing jobs
• identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate staff
• upsell and cross-sell services
• follow operational, safety, and emergency procedures.
