What you'll do

• Greet patients and build rapport in person and by phone
• screen calls, take messages, and relay information
• verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits where applicable and explain financial responsibilities
• manage physician referrals and prescriptions and communicate first-visit expectations
• scan insurance and identification documents
• collect copays and deductibles, provide receipts, balance daily collections, and submit charges to the Clinic Manager
• maintain and sanitize the clinic environment.
