What you'll do

• Build and deliver onboarding and refresher training for internal teams and external vendors
• maintain role- and module-specific training curricula
• provide first-line support through Slack, phone, and ticketing
• triage, reproduce, resolve, and escalate issues
• maintain the knowledge base and tutorial videos
• create prioritized Jira tickets
• participate in user acceptance testing
• administer notification settings, user accounts, roles, permissions, reference data, and approval routing.
