What you'll do

• Develop and negotiate T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, and Cost Reimbursable subcontracts
• ensure FAR/DFAR compliance
• create compliant subcontract files
• advise program staff on management approaches
• review prime solicitations
• perform price and cost analysis
• manage Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
