What you'll do

• Review specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings

• research historical project data
• prepare bid package estimates
• maintain supporting files and supplier pricing
• manage subcontractor requests for proposals
• evaluate design options
• support awarded contracts with estimates for extra work, change orders, credits, and materials.
