General Manager - Indoor Soccer Facility

What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff
• set standards and provide feedback
• grow league participation, memberships, and local partnerships
• meet monthly goals
• manage budgets, vendors, maintenance, safety, and compliance
• ensure timely facility openings
• greet guests, resolve issues, and follow up.
