What you'll do

• Mask and prepare parts through cleaning, degreasing, and sanding as needed
• apply powder and inspect finished parts. Spray powder to prescribed thickness using manual equipment. Operate the curing oven and monitor temperature, curing times, and conveyor flow. Maintain coating equipment, booths, guns, filters, reclaim systems, and materials. Coordinate workflow and priorities with production and assembly teams. Inspect incoming and outgoing parts, document issues, load and unload parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following PPE, company, 5S, and OSHA requirements.
