The role also leads the monthly close and financial integration work while partnering with site leadership and the parent company on operational and improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop financial strategies, plans, and budgets
• conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• assess financial risks and maintain internal controls
• oversee financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• present insights to leadership
• guide capital expenditure decisions
• maintain the commodity hedging program
• lead financial integration with Smiths Group
• build and mentor the finance team
• oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory reconciliations, and finance process improvements.
